Commission terms & conditions .

Commissioned art must be paid for in full before work can begin. Please familiarise yourself with my previous works & style no refunds will be given on commissioned art works once burning has begun.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your artwork to be completed & sent out to you. Prices vary depending on the size of wood & complexity of the design.

When you book a commission Vicki will work closely with you to finalise your design & give you regular updates on its progress.

Things to consider:

* Leave enough time for your artwork to be produced, commissions take time & holiday times are very busy.

* If you have a photograph or image you want reproduced, it MUST be clear enough to work off.

* Consider any add-ons, embellishments or other design details ahead of contacting Vicki, this shortens the time between designing & burning.

* If you are stuck for ideas don’t worry, Vicki will work with you to help with artistic design.

* Depending on stock & availability from the supplier, the type of wood you want may not be available but Vicki will work with you to find an alternative.

* Please be sure you want to proceed with a commissioned piece before starting the request as these types of works are time consuming & any delays can hold up your chance of receiving your artwork.

Guide to sizing & pricing, sizes are approximate as no two slabs are identical:

small live edge slab approx 19 x 16cm £100

medium live edge slab approx 21 x 17 cm £150

large live edge slab approx 26 x 23cm £200

Please note that sizes are approximate due to the nature of wood and tree growth, your piece will not be smaller than stated but you may receive something a little taller or wider.
